Excellent location! The city train station is in 1 min walk, and the train takes you to downtown in 10 min. Large shopping center just across the street, with supermarket and several options for snacks/fast-food. The hotel itself is quite, no noise from the street. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Nice breakfast. Good underground parking (additional €8,5 per night, but that's very fair cost). And amazing mattress and pillow! 🙂 I didn't expect to get such a fine quality and good atmosphere, and now B&B will be my preferable choice for short stay

Great breakfast for an additional (quite fair) price. Good position - 20 minutes on foot from old town and near a big shopping centre. Apparently the area is not the safest in Rouen but it felt okay to us. We didn't use it but there is a tram right in front of the hotel.
